My first draft menu

This menu is going to look a lot like the Graybuck menu. One, I already planned to keep things pretty light. And two, I looked at theirs before making mine.

Previous experience taught me that it is important to pace these meals especially when I’m not used to eating as often as this. I also wanted to pick a menu that I can do substantial prep the night before to make the day a little easier.

First Breakfast: Coffee, Irish Soda Bread with jams
Second Breakfast: Mini Quiche
Elevensies: Fresh Fruits and cheese
Luncheon: Candied walnut and dried fruit salad
Afternoon Tea: Tea, Chocolate Stout Cookies
Dinner: Fish-n-Chips
Supper: Potato Leek Soup

Supper! Strawberries and whipped cream!

We did what we set out to do. 3 movies, 7 meals, there and back again.
